Terms of Service

1. 01

   What Uplift is

   Uplift is a practice tool for analytics, experimentation, product and AI interviews. Questions, grading and model write-ups are for study. They are not a certification, and we don't promise any interview or hiring outcome. Company labels describe where a question was reported or the context it's written in, as explained on the About page.

2. 02

   Your account

   You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing bapanalytics00@gmail.com.

3. 03

   Paid plans and billing

   Pro is $19 per month and Founder is $39 per month, in US dollars. Plans renew automatically each month on the date you subscribed and are charged to the card you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

   We may change prices in the future. We'll tell you before a change applies to your plan, and Founder members keep their locked price while they stay subscribed.

4. 04

   Cancellation and refunds

   You can cancel anytime from Manage billing on your account page. Payments are not refunded, including partial months. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you keep premium access until the end of the month you already paid for.

5. 05

   Acceptable use

   Don't copy or republish premium questions or model write-ups, share paid access, scrape the site, try to get around access controls, or post content in community write-ups that is unlawful, abusive or someone else's work. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. 06

   Your content

   You keep ownership of answers and write-ups you post. By posting a community write-up, you let us display it on Uplift to other members. You can edit or remove it at any time.

7. 07

   Our content

   Questions, fixtures, grading criteria, write-ups and site design belong to BapsExperiments or are used with credit to their public source. You may use them for your own practice only.

8. 08

   No warranty and limits on liability

   Uplift is provided "as is". We work to keep answers and grading accurate but can't guarantee they are free of errors or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. 09

   Changes and governing law

   We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
