Billing questions
- How often am I billed?
- Monthly. Pro is $19 per month and Founder is $39 per month, charged to your card on the same date each month.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Open Manage billing on your account page and cancel there. No email is needed, and nothing renews after you cancel.
- What happens to my access after I cancel?
- You keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Your attempt history and progress stay intact.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Payments are not refunded, including partial months. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you keep premium access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- How is premium access enforced?
- On the server. Locked prompts, fixtures, evaluation criteria and full model write-ups are never sent to your browser unless your plan covers them, so a paid question can't be read from the page source.
